abSee server is designed to provide three tools for the support of video conferences or presentation:
  • System Status  - The ability to see in real-time the status of the system; what laptop signals are connected to it, whether a video conference is in progress or if the system is turned on and off.
  • Fault Diagnostics – The Ashton Bentley meeting room environments are designed to be simple to maintain and therefore they contain a whole host of diagnostic tools to report when things go wrong. The overall health of each room environment is reported back in real-time with any issues being flagged.
  • Remote Control – While the Ashton Bentley meeting room environments are simple to use, there are occasions when a remote user needs some-hand holding or the system just needs to be operated from somewhere else. abSee Server gives complete remote control over all system user functions and it will even echo user button presses as they interact with the system.
